Teenage Girl's Face Slashed, Hand Nearly Severed at Brooklyn McDonald's
A 16-year-old girl was brutally slashed in the face and one of her hands was nearly severed during an argument Wednesday evening in front of a Brooklyn McDonald's, cops say.
"He pulled out a long and curved knife. He slashed at her two, three times and ran. Her face was covered in blood. When I went to hold her hand, her right hand was almost off her body," witness Dronia Thompson told the Daily News.
The girl, whom cops didn't identify, was inside the McDonald's with friends when an argument erupted at about 7:30 p.m. It spilled out into the street, where a young man pulled out a knife and attacked her. "Am I going to die? I feel dizzy," Thompson recalled the girl saying. At last report, she was in serious condition at Lutheran Medical Center.
