"Thriller" Dance Record Attempt in Times Square Today
Hurry! You still have time to help bring the trophy to New York! The "Most People Dancing to 'Thriller'" trophy, we mean. The competition is being held in 91 cities worldwide, and the local version is going on right now at Madame Tussaud's on Times Square. Toronto took the prize in 2006 with a lousy 62 dancers. Be a part of entertainment-promotional history! Entrants are encouraged to wear zombie costumes and to work the funk of 40,000 years. UPDATE: Howard Stern reports there are about 75 people there. We win! But roll up the score -- you know how those frostbacks cheat!
