Tsunami Relief Raises the Roof
"One Family," a dance party benefit for the American Red Cross International Fund for Tsunami Relief lasted until 4 in the morning last night at Club Spirit (530 West 27th St.). Hosted by New York City's top nightlife promoters Erica Ruben, Nicolas Matar, Benny Soto, and Mike Bindra, 100 percent of the party's proceeds were donated directly to the Red Cross. The stellar DJ lineup included Body & Soul DJs Danny Krivit, Francois K and Joe Claussell, as well as Junior Vasquez, Johnny Dynell, Jeannie Hopper, and Peter Rauhofer. Here's proof that good causes hosted by great people can be very pleasurable indeed.
