TV Yunnies ID Best NY Burger at Mythical Address
The "Best Burger in New York" episode of "How I Met Your Mother" that we mentioned earlier has finally aired. From the account at A Hamburger Today (great name), such real-life burger joints as Corner Bistro and Paul's Da Burger are mentioned, but the dream burger is (or was -- oops, spoiler alert takeback) supposed to be at "106th and Manhattan Avenue." That's "Uptown," and to underline what that's supposed to mean, there's a totally ridiculous strip club next door.
As we said before, the actual best burger in New York is at Joe Jr. on Sixth Avenue. The secret is fat and grease.
