Two Men Shot, One Dead in Jamaica: Incident No. 1

Date: Monday, February 22, 2010, 3:00 p.m.
Location: 109-16 164th St., Jamaica, Queens
The police say two men were shot, one fatally, yesterday afternoon in Jamaica. It was one of two double shootings in the 103rd precinct yesterday. The first victim, 29, was found at the above address, shot in the head. He was declared dead at Jamaica Hospital.
The second victim was found shot in the chest at 108-49 Guy R. Brewer Blvd. He was listed in critical condition. Three men were arrested in connection with the shootings.
The police have yet to supply us with the names of anyone involved.
