U2 Does Show at Fordham, Ends Occupation of New York
The outdoor U2 "Good Morning America" show at Fordham -- for which we provided exclusive technical set-up coverage -- occurred very early this morning to a packed quad. The Post has professional pics and video; Brooklyn Vegan has fuzzier but very heartfelt snaps, and the setlist: "Get On Your Boots," "Magnificent," "I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight," break for chat with TV clowns, "Beautiful Day," "Breathe," and "Vertigo." Just once we wish these guys would play "Louie Louie." The band's week of New York promo ends with their fifth performance on Letterman tonight; then, hopefully, it'll be the Yeah Yeah Yeahs' turn.
