Video: Multiple Moonies Marry; Wedding Band Rocks!
As they like to do from time to time ("Rev. Moon matches up each couple a month [or less] in advance, selecting from among the membership"), the Unification Church (known affectionately around here as the Moonies) last week held a mass wedding in several world cities including New York. Can't find footage of the New York event, which we hear was held in a Brooklyn garage at gunpoint, but here's the Asan, South Korea event with a kick-ass wedding band playing "Signed, Sealed, Delivered." For deep background you may watch this other video from Korea, in which one blushing bridegroom, Yurael Vaskovich, tells reporters that he and his smiling, silent Korean bride "hit it off really well, I feel." And they say romance is dead!
