Woman on Television Gives Levelheaded, Sage Hurricane Advice
Since earlier this week, Irene has been in our lives. She wore many hats: Class 2 Hurricane, Class 1 Hurricane, and Tropical Storm. Some are grateful she spared the overwhelming majority of us in her path, knowing that we are very, very lucky. Others are upset she didn't knock out their power and shatter their windows because they felt Mayor Bloomberg had promised them that. Now that Irene is gone and we have to clear downed tree branches and deal with miserable commutes in the days ahead, how will we remember her?
