This postage stamp of a business is mainly a bakery, and you have to troop by racks of white bread to get to the counter. There you'll find a delectably thick, dark, tender lamb curry; chicken patties stacked horizontally behind the counter like books in a library; and rotis configured as a bust-up-shot (Guyanese dialect for "busted-up shirt"––the flatbread is torn into pieces to dip in gravy). The roti skin is so fluffy it must be homemade, and there's another flatbread called aoil rotia that's fluffy like a Pakistani lacha paratha.
