It’s all Chinese to us. And Australian, Belarusian, Hungarian, Japanese, Iranian, and yes, a little American, too. This year’s Under the Radar Festival at the Public Theater, a cavalcade of experimental performance curated by Mark Russell, takes a global approach to the latest in theater, dance, and live art. Among the offerings are C’est du Chinois, an 85-minute piece by Hungarian and Dutch artists performed entirely in Mandarin, and Hamlet, Prince of Grief, a 30-minute version of the tragedy staged in Farsi and using household objects.
