Eddie's, Beloved Long Island Pizzeria, Launches NYC Food Truck This Week

ThrillistEddie's truck​Thrillist reports that Eddie's Pizza of New Hyde Park, a 70-year-old Long Island standby, is launching a Manhattan pizza truck this week. Eddie's Twitter feed confirms the news, announcing that it will be somewhere in Midtown on Thursday and Friday.
