A Lawsuit or Televised Cook-Off: Which Is Easier to Digest?
According to Grub Street, a cook-off between Philippe and Mr. Chow may be in the works. Representatives for the former restaurant, whose owner was sued by the latter's owner over allegations of trademark infringement (and stealing customers), have reportedly been speaking with television network executives about the idea of holding a televised cooking competition. Because while duels may have been out of fashion for the last century or so, defending your name while compromising your dignity on national TV won't be going out of style anytime soon.
