Alice Waters' Revolution May Soon Be Televised
Alice Waters may be making the leap from her Edible Schoolyard to your living room. (Not that it would be her first foray onto the silver screen.) The first lady of slow food says she's looking into new ways of spreading her locavoric message, including the possibility of broadcasting it directly into Americans' homes.
"I want so much for this message about food to reach people," she recently told AP, adding that if she did go on the air, it would likely be on public television. Look out, Eric. You may have a little French Legion of Honor-approved competition.
