All You Wanted to Know About Restaurants and the Recession
Less than two hours from now, WNYC's Leonard Lopate Show will be doing a segment about how New York restaurants are coping with the recession. According to WNYC, 430 of the city's restaurants closed last year; Daniel Boulud, Sosie Hublitz, and an editor from Nation's Restaurant News will discuss the Darwnian efforts of restaurateurs to "recession-proof" their restaurants.
