Arirang Kimchi's Got Plenty of Soul
In her latest Food Curated video, Liza de Guia trains her lens on Arirang Kimchi, the 30-year-old kimchi company whose jars of fermented vegetables are a staple of Korean markets all along the East Coast. Arirang, which means "soul" in Korean, is owned and operated by the Oh family, and de Guia captures mother and daughter Kyung and Vicky Oh as they make vast quantities of their product. After watching this, you'll be craving cabbage in the worst way possible.
