Armani Gets a New Chef
Armani / Ristorante 5th Avenue has announced the appointment of new executive chef Roberto Deiaco, formerly of the storied Rainbow Room. Deiaco, aided by consulting chef Lorenzo Viani of Ristorante Lorenzo in Tuscany's Forte dei Marmi, is implementing a new brunch menu featuring a Frittata with Broccoli Rabe, Soft Caprino Sardo Cheese and Homemade Sausage, and Toast alla Francese (French toast).
