At Kenmare, Gilbert Delgado Takes Over from Joey Campanaro
Delgado, who has worked at the Breslin and the Spotted Pig, helped open the restaurant last year before returning to work as a sous chef at Del Posto. He'll be redesigning the menu in the next few weeks, but is keeping many of Campanaro's most popular dishes for now.
