Her photographs are taken in classic portrait style and truly are beautiful if you can get past the idea of wearing raw organ tissue. Diani wanted to explore the relationships between "fashion and distaste." As more of us take up the nose-to-tail philosophy of eating, we're embarking on a parallel journey of discovery: the tastes, textures and even idea of things like tongue, glands and brains can inspire varying reactions, from salivation to revulsion.
