It sounds like something out of a stoner movie: "What if we took a soft pretzel, soaked it in buffalo sauce, and poured melted cheese over the top?"
But no, this culinary masterpiece was actually dreamed up by the creative folks at the Illinois Gateway Grizzlies concession stand (where you can also get a deep-fried hotdog stuffed into a twinkee, or Super Pierogies: pierogies topped with chilli and cheese). The Grizzlies are part of the baseball frontier league, whatever that is.
