Chef Sara Moulton To Write Food Column For The Associated Press
The Associated Press has hired Sara Moulton, a longtime Food Network host, to write a weekly healthy eating column.
She will be doling out advice for using seasonal ingredients and her recipes, according to the AP, "will take a holistic approach to healthy eating, with an emphasis on whole grains, healthy fats and low sugar."
Moulton's column begins next Monday, August 6.
"The one thing I've really missed about doing a live TV show for the Food Network is the chance to be in touch with home cooks across the country," Moulton told the AP. "Now that I'm working for such a large news operation, I'll be able to reconnect. I'm delighted."
