Chick-fil-A to Offer Free Spicy Chicken Biscuits
Our Man Sietsema recently ranted against the sole Manhattan branch of Chick-fil-A, and for good reason. They offer a sad, sad-looking sandwich. But there's a glimmer of hope ahead. Beginning today, Chick-fil-A is offering customers free spicy chicken biscuits. But with a slight catch.
Customers have to visit this branded website to make a reservation for an "exclusive premiere tasting" of the chicken biscuit, which can then be consumed at a specified time at participating locations from January 3 to 8. So you can't get your chicken on today, but at least it's a free sandwich. And even a sad sandwich tastes less sad when it's free.
And here's the other catch. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the Manhattan branch will be participating (NYU is officially closed until January 4, and classes don't resume until the 24th), so it looks like Howell, New Jersey, is the closest option. But isn't everyone on vacation now anyway? In places that have Chick-fil-As, hopefully!
