Community Board 3 Schedule Reveals Plans for New Cheese and Wine Destination on Delancey, South Brooklyn Pizza's First Avenue Outpost
95 Delancey Street
Community Board 3 has posted its January meetings agenda, and from the looks of it, Luke's Lobster is going to start serving beer, the folks at both Sigmund Pretzels and Spot believe that pretzels and cupcakes, respectively, are even better washed down with a glass of wine.
South Brooklyn Pizza, whose expansion to First Avenue Fork in the Road reported in late November, will attempt to secure a full liquor license. And 95 Delancey, a low-slung building on the corner of Ludlow Street whose storefronts have been sitting empty in recent months, looks like it's going to be occupied by Rivington Wine & Cheese Inc. Where pickles once reigned, will farmstead cheddar follow?
