Cuban Food Coming to Mott Street
The stretch of Mott Street between Spring and Kenmare Streets isn't exactly lacking for eating establishments, but it's making room for one more: according to its neighbors, a Cuban restaurant is set to open at 202 Mott Street, formerly the home of Shebeen, a cocktail lounge. No word yet on a name or when it will open -- or its chances of luring the crowds away from Café Habana, located a mere two blocks away.
