Don Antonio by Starita, the brainchild of Kesté's Roberto Caporuscio and pizza guru Antonio Starita, opened yesterday in Hell's Kitchen, according to Eater. Check out its wild pizza menu, which features a selection of fried pizzas, traditional pies topped with fancy ingredients like homemade burrata and fresh pistachio pesto, and vegan and gluten-free options.
