Fabio Trabocchi Has Left the Four Seasons
It seems like only yesterday that ex-Fiamma wunderchef Fabio Trabocchi took over the kitchen at the Four Seasons, and that's because it practically was. But after working at the restaurant for a mere three months, Trabocchi has either quit or been let go.
The Post's Steve Cuozzo reports that Trabocchi, who earned lavish plaudits for his cooking at the restaurant, has left for murky reasons, though a reservationist claims to Eater that it was over "philosophical differences."
Trabocchi was hired to replace Christian Albin, who was the restaurant's chef for 19 years before he died last summer.
