Great NY Noodletown Is DOH'd
Last Friday, the Lo-Down made the unpleasant discovery that Great NY Noodletown had been closed down by the Health Department. It looks like the restaurant's problems weren't quickly remedied. An Eater tipster today noticed that Bowery stalwart is still shuttered, thanks to a February inspection that turned up a plethora of issues, including evidence of roaches, mice, and flying insects, dirty cloths, and a bunch of other things you probably don't want to think about when slurping down a bowl of meat ball and pork liver porridge.
