Monday, March 18 Seamus Mullen Cooks at Louro Chef Seamus Mullen of Tertulia will guest-cook at Louro on Monday night as part of the restaurant's Nossa Mesa Supper Club. Tuesday, March 19 Japan Week at Grand Central Terminal Grand Central Terminal will host a three-day festival celebrating Japan Week. A pop-up bar will serve sake and soju, and there will be a geisha makeup demonstration. Japanese Restaurant Week will continue through March 18, but the events at Grand Central will stay open till March 21. 89 E. 42nd St.
Wednesday, March 20 Sausage Slam at DBGB Daniel Boloud's DBGB will host a sausage-themed family-style dinner from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Diners will taste some of the restaurant's signature brats paired with three beers from Bronx Brewery. One will be a newly released pale ale. Tickets are $95 plus tax and tip, and can be purchased online. 299 Bowery
Dishcrawl in Hoboken Take a food tour of Hoboken with Dishcrawl and eat at four different neighborhood restaurants. The choices are kept secret until a few days before the event. Tickets are $45 and are available online. Buy them at least 48 hours in advance; that's when ticketholders will be notified where and when to meet. Various Locations
Saturday, March 23 The Big Cheesy Taste seven of the city's top grilled cheeses at the third annual Big Cheesy at Openhouse Mulberry. Milk Truck, Lucy's Whey, Melt Shop, Murray's Cheese Bar, Say Cheese UWS, Sons of Essex, and 'wichcraft will compete for the title of "Big Cheesy" -- the people's choice for best grilled cheese in New York. Tickets are available for Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24 and can be bought online for $25. Sixpoint Brewery will provide the beer. 201 Mulberry St.
