How to Make Pickled Mustard Greens
You should experiment with different additions to the greens if you are thinking of trying this. Add garlic. Make a batch without ginger. Try different amounts of peppers. These crisp pickles are a refreshing way to use up an abundant supply of greens. Chilled, they make a refreshing snack on a summer's day. If you're feeling up to the challenge, you should try them in homemade khao soi.
