Lighten up your drink order this holiday with the Blonde Manhattan from Lilium in Union Square. Being served as a tribute to the 79th anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition, the cocktail combines corn whiskey, sweet vermouth, orange bitters, and cointreau.
The Drink: The Blonde Manhattan

The Ingredients: 1 ¾ ounces Corn Whiskey, 1 ounce sweet vermouth, 1/2 ounce Cointreau, 3 dashes of orange bitters
The Method: Shake with ice and strain up or over fresh ice on rocks glass; garnish with lemon twist.
