IACP Cookbook Awards Announced

The International Association of Culinary Professionals held their cookbook awards ceremony in Portland last night, and John Besh, Rose Levy Beranbaum, Thomas Keller, and Gourmet were among the big winners.

Keller took top honors in the Chefs and Restaurants category for Ad Hoc At Home, while Beranbaum's Rose's Heavenly Cakes swept the baking category. Ruth Reichl scored a bittersweet victory with her colossal Gourmet Today, which won the Compilations category, and John Besh's My New Orleans: The Cookbook snagged the prize for best American cookbook. And Momofuku, alas, was still nowhere to be found.

A full list of the winners and finalists can be found here.
