Judith Jones Talks About Dining Solo
Judith Jones got her big-screen shout-out in Julie & Julia, but the Wall Street Journal has an endearing video of the legendary cookbook editor playing herself as she cooks up a frittata in her Upper East Side apartment. The video accompanies an interview with Jones about her new cookbook, The Pleasures of Cooking for One. The book was inspired by her experiences cooking for herself after the death of her husband; if the frittata is any indication, it's a worthy addition to any kitchen, regardless of how many you're planning to serve.
