Midtown Lunch Celebrates Five Years of Itself on Saturday

How time flies when you're chasing down food trucks and scarfing every kati roll to be found north of 37th Street. It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it, and Midtown Lunch has now been doing it in admirable fashion for five years. And so the blog is marking the occasion on Saturday, June 11, with help from some of the many purveyors to have graced its interface.

From noon until 3 p.m., the Lunchers will take over City Winery, where, for $55, celebrants can sample grub from Momofuku Milk Bar, Kwik Meal, Cer té, Má Pêche, Tri Tip Grill, Wafels & Dinges, Kelvin Slush, Eddie's Pizza Cart, Biryani Cart, and the randy Rolling Cones.

Tickets can be found here; anyone who buys one before the end of the day will be entered to win a $100 gift certificate from Bon Chon Chicken.
