New Bill's Burger Will Be Even Bigger Than Previously Thought
Earlier this month, Stephen Hanson announced he'd be opening a second location of Bill's Bar & Burger in Rockefeller Center. At 10,000 square feet, it was going to be a big restaurant. But now it appears that it will be even bigger.
Diner's Journal reports that Hanson is planning to make the Rockefeller Center location the largest independent burger restaurant in the country, with 563 seats instead of the originally projected 330. Hanson is expecting to churn out some 2,000 of his relentlessly hyped patties a day, a cattle call if ever there was one.
