Nicky's Is Now Serving Pho to the East Village
Last spring, the folks at Nicky's Vietnamese Sandwiches kept busy quashing rumors that they'd be closing or moving. Fortunately, they've not only stayed put on East 2nd Street, they've also opened Nicky's Pho a couple of blocks away.
Per EV Grieve, the Dang family, who owns Nicky's, soft-opened the new place last Friday. Located at 213 East 4th Street between avenues A and B, it's the fourth member of the Nicky's family (there are also shops in the Financial District and in Boerum Hill). Per its Twitter feed, it's now open and fully operational.
