Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.
Chilean sandwich shop Barros Luco in Midtown has closed after a little more than a year in operation. [Grub Street]
Galaxy Global Eatery, a restaurant specializing in hemp-based cuisine, has closed after 15 years in business. [Grub Street]

Taqueria Reis, the third incarnation of the space next to Bar Reis, has shuttered. Kitchen Reis and Reis 100 Sandwich Factory were also unsuccessful. [Eater]
Chelsea mainstay Cabo Rojo has closed its doors after 51 years in business after reportedly losing its lease. [Eater]
Tony's Di Napoli on the Upper East Side has fallen prey to the Second Avenue subway line. A station will take its place. [ZagatBuzz]
Lawrence Bondulich of Bin 71 and Barcibo Enoteca on the Upper West Side has opened Bar'rique, a more elaborate wine bar in the West Village. [NY Times]
La Silhouette is a newcomer from two Le Bernardin alums. Expect French-accented dishes like Burgundy snail risotto and veal cheek blanquette. [NY Times]
Bourbon Coffee brings more fair-trade coffee to the West Village, this time from Rwanda. Sandwiches, salads, soups, and homemade pastries are also on offer. [TONY]
NYU students have a new lunch option. Fredi Sandwich Bar offers an array of sandwiches, from a pork meatball banh mi to tandoori chicken salad. [TONY]
The Garden Spot Café has opened in the space formerly occupied by Greenpoint Coffee Shop. It will serve Dallis Bros coffee and Serendipity teas. [TONY]
