Honeychiles' is a new Cajun in Williamsburg, located in the dive bar the Charleston. The menu includes smoked-cheddar-and-green-onion hush puppies and a variety of po'boys. [Time Out]
Laurent Tourondel's latest, BLT Bar & Grill, will serve a balsamic-onion-and-mushroom-topped Shaft's Blue Burger and a grilled cheese with double-smoked bacon. [Thrillist]
Beny's Delice is a new French bakery in Clinton Hill. Chef-owner David Benizeri did a stint in the kitchen at Ten Bells before deciding to open his own space. [Grub Street]
