Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Teriyaki Boy in the East Village has closed. The phone has been disconnected and the website is no longer active. [EV Grieve]

Daniel Angerer's eight-month-old high-end hot-dog joint Brats: Dogs & Wieners has closed. Little Cheese Pub, which was next door, has moved into the space. [Grub Street]

Birreria has finally arrived atop Mario Batali's Eataly. The vast rooftop beer garden boasts three cask ales brewed in-house in addition to its on-tap and bottle selection. [TONY]

Ronin Bar and Grill in Midtown is offering Japanese standards, like sushi, ramen, and tempura, plus "rice burgers" with fillings like organic chicken katsu and sukiyaki. [TONY]

Brooklyn Heights is getting a new café-bar. Vineapple opens this weekend with a menu of baked goods, sandwiches, wine, and beer -- and a rec room for the kids. [TONY]

Duo opens Monday just north of Madison Square Park. LED-screen menus feature dishes like herb-roasted rack of lamb with succotash and champagne-poached Maine lobster. [NY Times]

After two years of delays, Leszek Gesiak is finally opening Fat Goose, a gastro-pub-style restaurant in Williamsburg. [NY Times]

Neapolitan pizzaiolo Giulio Adriani has set up a "test kitchen" for Forcella, his forthcoming Manhattan pizzeria, in Williamsburg. [NY Times]

Greenpoint is getting a Caribbean-inspired restaurant from the team behind Five Leaves. Nights and Weekends will serve habanero-marinated quail, clams and chorizo roasted in beer, and crispy rock shrimp with orange-chili aioli, with a selection of Latin-accented cocktails. [TONY]

Rickshaw Dumpling has a new brick-and-mortar location in Midtown. The menu is similar to that of the West 23rd Street location. [NY Times]

The space at 71 Clinton Street, which most recently went from being Fat Hippo to Korean-fried-chicken shop Patate Fellow, is now called Hachember, featuring Japanese bar food. [Grub Street]

The Moldy Fig Jazz Bar is finally open on the Lower East Side. It expects to add food within the next month. [Bowery Boogie]
