Bouley Bakery now has a wine bar. By the Ounce serves wines, well, by the ounce, as well as snacks by Chef Shea Gallante, like charcuterie, cheese, and caviar, also sold by the ounce. [NY Times]

The West Village outpost of Cafe Gitane has opened in the Jane Hotel. For now, it's serving breakfast, but expect a full dinner service next week. The menu is the same as the original's. [Eater]
