Open & Closed: Say Hello to Ed's Chowder House; Goodbye to Ollie's
Ed's Chowder House has opened in the space that formerly housed Center Cut. Jeffrey Chodorow and chef Ed Brown will serve up "sea shack cuisine," such as sweet corn chowder, New England clam chowder, shellfish chowder, and an assortment of seafood dishes. [Eater]
Tony Fantastico is opening Pasta Bar on the ground floor of his more upscale restaurant Ancora. The 60-seat venue will feature a freestanding bar, and a menu of small plates and -- you guessed it -- pastas. [Grub Street]
