Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.

Apparently, a new Red Mango is going up at 145 Allen Street, which means that the bodega Mi Pueblo Deli and Grocery is most likely closing. [Bowery Boogie]

It's also curtains for Lulu & Mooky's at 129 Allen Street. The year-old molecular ice cream joint has shuttered, and it looks like a new tenant might already be moving in. [Bowery Boogie]

The ever-busy Eric Hara has soft-opened Dekko Café in Astoria, serving up crispy organic chicken and short-rib ravioli with mascarpone, alongside signature cocktails. [Zagat]

Lowcountry has made its debut in the space the owners first christened Bar Blanc. Will Sullivan is at the helm, turning out Southern-accented fare with bourbon-fueled drinks. [Eater]

Gabriel Stulman has debuted Jeffrey's, a market and lunch counter offering East and West Coast oysters, simple sandwiches, and salads. [TONY]

Jehangir Mehta's latest effort, Metaphor, is bringing more pan-Asian fare to Tribeca, such as an Indian burger, and banana-leaf-wrapped cod with coconut-mint Thai basil chutney. [TONY]

City Sandwich's menu includes sammies stuffed with prosciutto, mozzarella, and peppers; Portuguese vinegar sausage with collards; and morcela. [NY Times]

Forty-Four has opened in the Royalton's lobby, serving cocktails from an elite group of bartenders from around the country aptly called the Cocktail Collective. [NY Times]

Baorrito is the latest from Michael Hyunh, an Asian taco concept featuring items like the bibim Bao: bulgogi, kimchi, and fried quail egg in a hard taco shell. [Midtown Lunch]
