The team behind Lokal in Greenpoint will soon open a Mexican place at 52 Nassau Avenue. Expect tacos, burritos, and quesadillas made from locally sourced ingredients. [Brooklyn Paper]

Maritime Parc, a 30,000-square-foot seafood complex, will come to Jersey City in June, designed by Stephanie Goto, who did Corton. [NY Times]

The 5 & Diamond is now open with Ryan Skeen at the helm. This is Skeen's fourth restaurant in twice as many seasons. [NY Times]

Le Da Nang has opened in the East Village, specializing in Central Vietnamese fare, such as sauteed eggplant and fried tofu, and minced-shrimp-and-chicken "Da Nang fritters." [Eating in Translation]

Lowlands has arrived in Gowanus, featuring a "wackadoo arrangement of things," such as church-pew banquettes and green tasseled light fixtures, as well as a dozen tap beers. [TONY]
