Restaurants, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and taking their leaves this week.

The Blue Seats, a Lower East Side sports bar, is closed. A sign on the door says it's being renovated, but insiders say that, rather than reopen, the bar will likely move to Midtown. [Eater]

A new Meatpacking location of Dos Caminos has opened in the space formerly occupied by Vento. The menu will be the same as the other locations, plus a few original dishes. [Eater]

The BLT Restaurant Group is debuting a new burger truck this weekend called Go Burger, which will also sell hot dogs, a breakfast frittata, a salad, sweets, and milk shakes. [NY Times]

Asian-fusion favorite Annisa has finally reopened after a fire shuttered it last year. The menu has been updated with new dishes and bar snacks. [NY Times]

Brooklyn Flea mainstay People's Pops now has a brick-and-mortar location in Chelsea Market, and a few new flavors in the works. [Tasting Table]

Soho is getting a new Euro-flavored restaurant in Beba, which blends Italian and French influences with Greek and Spanish. [Thrillist]

Takashi, a new Japanese in the West Village, has soft opened, specializing in meat grilled at your table with a focus on offal. Think Achilles tendon, throat bone, and stomach. [UrbanDaddy]

Ink48 Hotel in Hell's Kitchen has introduced its new 3,000-square-foot rooftop bar called Press Lounge. It promises no bottle service, loud dance music, or fussy door policy. [UrbanDaddy]
