Restaurants and bars, they come and they go. Here are a few making their debuts and bowing out this week.
New Roma Pizza on the Lower East Side has been closed since Memorial Day and will not reopen. [Bowery Boogie]

Sensebowl appears to have given up the ghost after just three months in business. To make matters worse, employees are claiming wages weren't paid. [Midtown Lunch]
Do or Dine is new in Bed-Stuy. Front-of-the-house alums from the Modern are offering quirky dishes like whole fried fish with chips, and lamb breast with potsticker nachos. [NY Times]
Smashburger is bringing its first New York location to Fort Greene. Smashed burgers come with toppings like applewood-smoked bacon, fried eggs, and thin crispy onions. [TONY]
The owners of Long Tan in Park Slope have transformed the Thai restaurant into Blueprint, a cocktail bar serving small plates. [TONY]
The Lot on Tap is this week's big beer-garden launch. High Line strollers will be able to stop into this 350-seater for craft beer and fare from some of the city's favorite food trucks. [UrbanDaddy]
