Radish Provides Grub at Brooklyn Winery
Radish to go with your wine.
The wine bar menu includes torn bread, prosciutto and a trio of butters; baked goat cheese with piperade; lamb meatballs with cucumber raita; and roasted beets and burrata. Radish's owner, Amy Marks, says she was happy to be able to partner with Brooklyn Winery because she can't get a liquor license at Radish due to its classification as a grocery, a hitch she finds "disappointing." Her family has a winery in California, she says, and so she's no stranger to wine.
