Celebrating Dorothy Parker’s upcoming 122nd birthday, chef Michael Lomonaco has partnered with New York Distilling Company for a week of tributary cocktails. The chef will be aided by ten female mixologists, including Meaghan Dorman of Raines Law Room and Julie Reiner of Clover Club, with each offering a unique gin cocktail in celebration of the literary icon herself. Prohibition Bakery is presenting a very adult version of a childhood lemonade stand; the bakery is offering a special lemonade cupcake made with Stoli Blueberi vodka. Patrons will receive a ticket to redeem a proper lemonade cocktail at nearby Boulton and Watt with purchase.

Pizza expert Scott Wiener is opening the culinary history books for a deep dive into the marriage of tomato sauce and mozzarella. Wiener, who runs Scott's Pizza Tours and makes appearances at pizza-themed events — like the Birth of Pizza — is also bringing along free pizza samples from local Hoboken slice joints. Toast to Lady Liberty in the distance and meet the makers at this once-a-year wine fiesta, which is focused on over 40 new wines within the New York State region.
