Recipe: Carrot and Cilantro Cooler

You've got to stay hydrated during a heat wave! Stay cool with fresh vegetable and fruit cocktails, which we'll be running all month.

The drink: Carrot and Cilantro Cooler

The bar: Whiskey Blue

The price: $16

Ingredients: 2 oz. Herradura Silver Tequila, .75 oz. carrot juice, .5 oz. orange, .5 oz. agave nectar, sprig of cilantro, carrot slice.

The process: Hard shake all the ingredients with ice and fine strain into a highball glass. Garnish with cilantro and carrot.
