Ex-Sfoglia chef Ron Suhanosky has left Stuzzicheria after just four months, due to creative differences with owner Gerard Renny. Paul Di Bari, who worked at sister restaurant Stuzzi, has taken over. [Grub Street]

James Kent, who competed a in Bocuse d'Or this year, has been promoted to chef de cuisine at Eleven Madison Park. Abram Bissell is leaving EMP to helm Daniel Humm and Will Guidara's forthcoming restaurant in the NoMad Hotel. [NY Times]
