Say Goodbye to Angels & Kings, RBC NYC

It's a dog-eat-dog world out there. Know of any restaurants or bars opening or closing? Drop us a line.

East Village bar Angels & Kings by Peter Wentz closed several weeks back and no one seemed to notice. According to their Facebook page: "Unfortunately, its with great sadness that we announce that Angels & Kings NYC has officially closed for good. We've had an amazing run and met so many amazing people on the ride but it was time for a change." [EVGrieve]

The Hallo Berlin Express on 9th Avenue between 50th & 51st has closed and The Claw restaurant has opened in its place. [Midtown Lunch]

No confirmation yet, but it looks like the Chinese bakery, Sun Shine Cafe at 201 Allen Street has been closed for weeks and emptied out. [Vanishing New York]

RBC NYC, on Worth Street, shuttered on May 2. Wonder what will happen to The Slayer, the coffee shop's $18,000 espresso machine? [Tribeca Citizen]
