Terrace in the Sky, long nestled high up in Columbia University's Butler Hall, has shuttered. No word yet on whether other restaurateurs are eyeing the space, which boasts panoramic views of the city. [Zagat Buzz]
Matsuri restaurant and Hiro Ballroom, long the stomping grounds of the tabloid-ready in-crowd, will close in March. The management plans on an extensive revamp by 2013. [Grub Street]
