Say Hello to Kutsher's, Konditori

Here are some of the latest newcomers to New York City's cutthroat dining scene. If you hear of any new openings or closings, let us know.

Mega-restaurateur and convicted felon Jeffrey Chodorow has launched Kutsher's, a Catskill-resort-culture-influenced resto in Tribeca. The menu includes pastrami smoked in-house. [Zagat Buzz]

Hell's Kitchen gets a Brazilian. Yucca gnocci and quinoa-accented lamb are just some picks at Brasilina, a Ninth Avenue newcomer. [Zagat Buzz]

Chef Alan Park has opened a new French brasserie, Bistro Petit, in Williamsburg. Park plans on offering traditional Gallic favorites, as well as specialties such truffle mac 'n' cheese. [Eater]

Capizzi, a wood-fired pizzeria, has started serving up slices in Midtown. [Eater]

The Soup Bowl has spilled into Prospect Heights. Other area newcomers include 67 Burger (on Flatbush Avenue) and Swedish café Konditori (on Seventh Avenue.) [Here's Park Slope]
